Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Pearly Pianos sends appointment scheduling messages, service-due reminders, and appointment confirmations by SMS to clients who have opted in. Enrollment is by verbal consent, given in person or by phone at the time of booking or service; enrolled clients receive a text confirming their enrollment.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is infrequent — typically a few messages per year, around your service date (approximately every 6 to 12 months), with occasional additional messages while coordinating a specific appointment.

3. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Pearly Pianos does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply to messages sent and received.

4. Opting in

You can sign up for Pearly Pianos text messages in two ways: by telling us in person or by phone when booking or receiving service, or by texting START or YES to (678) 679-0827. Either way, you’ll receive a text confirming your enrollment. Signing up is always optional and never required to receive service.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from Pearly Pianos. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your cancellation. You can also ask us directly at any time to stop texting you.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility and changes

You must be the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you enroll. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we can update our records. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time; material changes will be reflected on this page.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your information, including our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy.
