1. Program description
Pearly Pianos sends appointment scheduling messages, service-due reminders, appointment confirmations, and occasional service follow-up messages (such as requests to review the business), which may include marketing content, by SMS to clients who have opted in. Enrollment is by texting START or YES to (770) 520-7711, or by scanning a QR code provided at the time of service, which opens a pre-filled text of START to that same number; enrolled clients receive a text confirming their enrollment.

2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is infrequent — typically a few messages per year, around your service date (approximately every 6 to 12 months), with occasional additional messages while coordinating a specific appointment.

3. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Pearly Pianos does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply to messages sent and received.

4. Opting in
To receive appointment reminders and scheduling messages from Pearly Pianos, text START or YES to (770) 520-7711, or scan the QR code below — it opens a pre-filled text of START to that same number; just press send. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, at any time. When you enroll, you’ll receive this confirmation text: “Pearly Pianos: You’re now signed up for appointment reminders, scheduling texts, and service-due notices. Msg frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” Signing up is always optional and never required to receive service — consent is not a condition of purchase. 5. Opting out
Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from Pearly Pianos. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your cancellation. You can also ask us directly at any time to stop texting you.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

You must be the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you enroll. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we can update our records. We may modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time; material changes will be reflected on this page.
