Pearly Pianos (“we,” “us”) provides piano tuning and related service to our clients. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of our clients, including information used for our text messaging (SMS) program.

Information we collect
We collect the information clients provide when requesting or receiving service: name, phone number, email address, service address, and records of the services we perform. Clients who agree to receive text messages also provide their consent, which we record along with the date and manner in which it was given.

How we use information
We use client information solely to operate our business: scheduling and confirming appointments, sending service-due reminders, coordinating appointment changes, invoicing, and maintaining service history.

Text messaging (SMS) program
Clients may opt in — by texting START or YES to our business texting number, or by scanning a QR code provided at the time of service — to receive appointment scheduling and service reminder text messages from Pearly Pianos, which may include occasional marketing content such as requests to review the business. Message frequency varies and is infrequent: typically a few messages per year, around each client’s service date (approximately every 6 to 12 months), with occasional additional messages while coordinating a specific appointment. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, and get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us directly.

We do not share your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services — including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages — strictly as necessary to deliver those messages, and never for their own use.

Data retention and security
Client records are stored privately in our business systems and are not publicly accessible. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain client records as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

Your choices
You may ask us at any time to correct your information, stop texting you (or simply reply STOP), or remove your information from our active records. Contact us using the information below.
